Terms of Service

By accessing or using the IG4IT website at www.ig4it.com ("Site") or engaging IG4IT's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use this Site or engage our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, prospective clients, and others who access or use the Site. For clients who have signed a separate Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement, those documents govern in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

IG4IT provides technology services including, but not limited to:

• Custom enterprise software development
• Logistics and supply chain software
• Fraud detection and investigation systems
• IT infrastructure management and security
• Server maintenance and monitoring
• Technology consulting and strategy
• Residential IT support

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement between IG4IT and the client.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material ("spam")
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful material
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without prior written permission
• Impersonate IG4IT or its personnel, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Site to collect information about other users without their consent

The Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the IG4IT brand — are the property of IG4IT, LLC or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and print individual pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without prior written permission from IG4IT.

For client engagements, intellectual property ownership is governed by the applicable Statement of Work. By default, custom-developed software created exclusively for a client is owned by the client upon full payment. Pre-existing IG4IT tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of IG4IT.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

IG4IT does not warrant that:

• The Site will be available uninterrupted or error-free
• Information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current
• The Site or its servers are free from viruses or harmful components

Warranties applicable to contracted services are defined in the relevant engagement agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IG4IT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

In no event shall IG4IT's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to IG4IT in the six months preceding the claim, or $100 USD where no payment has been made.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. IG4IT does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party sites or their content, privacy policies, or practices. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, USA.

For clients located in the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection rights are not waived by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you object to any changes, your only remedy is to stop using the Site.
